2002 – Fast-track beyond the summit

Overview:
The first year that post-conference activities were held and several delegates participated in day-long visits and workshops at the main sponsors. Several BYM delegates also went on to volunteer at CIDA City Campus after the conference. One of the them (Gia Polovin) and the conference facilitator (Leigh Meinert) both ended up spending more than a year at CIDA before launching Tsiba University in Cape Town.
